Poetry {38} ~ TOTALITARIAN TIPTOE

The world is on road to a totalitarian tiptoe

Who is your friend or foe?

How can we really know?

Isn’t that so?

I mean, aren’t we already past the precise of the edge of the broken cup

Be a good boy or girl, shut up the fuck up

Say nothing

Censor your something

Sit down

If you don’t do as we say, you’ll drown

When we show you the government’s flag, fake that smile from a frown

Leaders high on their delusional power

Turning the world’s beauty into sour

They confiscated my land and property

Under the guise of building a new world

When many of us found ourselves under the table curled

Snitching on him

Our neighbour tim

Masks on, drink your fluoride water, inject yourself, become a bot, repeat after us, breathe in the fumes, papers nice and steady

Now you are ready

They took all of what was left

Cameras watching, spying criminals behind cameras of theft

Isn’t that what we wanted?

Sitting by whilst our freedoms were haulted

Then they came for me

And there was no one left to speak out for thee.

Poetry By Filipa & Amber {1} ~ Expanding The Horizons Of The Mind Through Travelling

Travelling through a picture, a book, music or a poem
Your friends experiences igniting the fire in your dreams, sending an omen
Travelling and expanding the horizons of the infinite multitudes of mind worldly manifestations
Travelling with your eyes wide open or perfectly closed
Travelling around the world
Or without leaving your place
The imagination has it’s own space
Bridged, connected
No dead-ends or frontiers
Travelling with no luggage at all
Or prepared for an adventure, survival gear, tools
Having the starry sky as a roof
And the soft grass as a bed
Finding ways around financial balances instead
Travelling alone or in good company
By car, by train, by plane, on foot
Or even in a colourful balloon
Travelling from Kenya to Alaska
Crossing mountains, deep seas and valleys
Jungles, forests and desert galleys
Travelling through your sleep
Breath out, breath in
Take the experiences and warp your life from within
Travelling forces you to step out of your comfort zone
Experiencing the real world, leaving behind this world’s addiction to phones
False evidence appearing real, fear
Let it come near
Travelling challenges your comprehension of this world
And once you return you’re no longer the same
Friends to call home and remembering names
Travelling broadens your brain, nourishes your spirit, cherishes your physical
And challenges your conception of this world
Leaving nostalgic photos, the world left in the crevices of your god given body.

Poetry {11} ~ Medicinal Contagious Brew

Contagious laughter

Cathartic effect thereafter

Medicinal brew

Oh, how we whisked the love through

Put a dose in your stew

Spreading the love virus wide

Seeing beyond the mental confusion of divide

In our maker we confide

Laughing takes us on a ride

A joyful melody of sound

Once it starts ringing, pass it all around

Keeping our feet on the ground

Feeling your internal sun

Relasing your endorphins of fun

Joker, jester be a comedian

Share the love, let go of the tragedian

Poetry {5} ~ MAGICK

Casting spells with our thoughts

Bending reality as it contorts

Thoughts are magic spells

Weaving webs in their fells

Unconsciously or consciously

Unintentionally or intentionally

You’ve been writing recipes for years

Concocting potions, who hears?

On the world around

Without making a sound

Invoking the universal flow

Lighting up paths as they glow

Spinning patterns in cycles

With the wave of a wand tapping our hat

The magic begins just like that

Words cast spells that’s why they’re called “spelling”

Etymology is energy, use it wisely, isn’t that telling?
