Poetry By Woodsy & Amber {8} ~ Navigation

Zombies, automaton vehicles subconsciously drifting about the dream of the day,
awaiting the next quick fix;
do we ever stop to question our existences,
who we really are?
Motioning animals with somewhat higher consciousnesses, few question the depths of the abyss,
Staring into it, in paradoxical terror and bliss.
When does the walk become the glide?
When does the soul begin to swim,
with manta wings
and precious, half-known tingling things?
Is this what we chose?
Past choices culminating into the present state when we arose?
Does our free-will allow us to chose different timelines?
Or is it all written in the stars, determinism,
has it all happened already?
Deja vu. Reality is distorted.
Do I want some semblance of a chart
to map me through these broken stars?
Some sextant,
calibrated to a butterfly wing?
Some crystal compass,
aimed at the waves beneath my heart?
Those who felt the music, each flutter of the wings, would dance,
to the others they would appear crazy;
yet to those who heard the music, they could now see,
not a care in the world would knock them off their destiny.

Poetry {39} ~ INFINITE DREAMING OF DREAMERS

Waking into a dream

Sleeping into a dream

Living within the dream

Awareness of being the dream

Dreaming whilst dreaming

A dream within a dream within a dream

Dreamers dreaming the dreaming dream

And one day we wake up and drift down stream

The dreamers aware of the living dream

Infinite patterns and shapes

Dimensions and awarenessses

Spiralling into cosmic expansion

Dreaming something by being a dreaming nothing

You cannot write my poems

Just as I cannot dream your dreams

Dissipating away in a whisper.

Symbols {25} ~ Namaste

A traditional greeting, Namaste is a combination of two Sanskrit terms: namah (“I bow respectfully to you.”) and aste (“Let there be.”). Namaste is often spoken with a corresponding gesture. In this gesture, the head is slightly bowed and the palms are pressed together against the heart.

For many, Namaste is deeply spiritual. It refers to the belief in a divine spark that exists in all living beings. In the West, Namaste is often heard at the end of a yoga session. It translates to “The divine in me honors the divine in you.”

Namaste is more than a mere formality. It is a heartfelt expression of love and compassion. Saying Namaste with a sense of grace and humility gives birth to something beautiful: a moment in which one soul recognizes another.

Quotes {46} ~ Building A Sense Of Self Unconsciously To Fill The Vacuum

“Strong convictions do not necessarily signal a powerful sense of self: very often quite the opposite. Intensely held beliefs may be no more than a person’s unconscious effort to build a sense of self to fill what, underneath, is experienced as a vacuum.” ~ Gabor Maté, When the Body Says No: The Cost of Hidden Stress
